About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and creative Assistant Manager – Social Media to enhance our brand’s digital presence and engagement. This role involves leading content strategy, managing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars across platforms
- Lead campaign execution, including product launches and seasonal campaigns
- Oversee content creation, including photoshoots, styling, and copywriting
- Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships
- Monitor platform performance and optimize campaigns based on insights
- Supervise and guide junior team members
- Coordinate with the e-commerce team for website updates and campaign alignment
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in social media marketing (fashion/D2C preferred)
- Experience in campaign planning and execution
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing and content strategy
