The position is responsible for strategizing, managing, and executing ANAND Group’s digital presence across key social media platforms, with a primary focus on LinkedIn Thought Leadership and building Instagram audience in addition to Facebook and X. This includes developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy, creating, and curating engaging content, managing, and scheduling posts, and adjusting the content strategy accordingly. The role also requires expertise in short‑format video editing, and analytics‑driven optimization to strengthen the Group’s digital footprint and stakeholder engagement.
The employee in this role is expected to apply theoretical knowledge and develop domain expertise on fundamental concepts in own work area over a period. They are responsible for skill-based processes and completing tasks as per agreed targets and quality norms. They must assume ownership for the timely and accurate completion of both routine, non-routine daily and weekly assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy
- Regularly post engaging content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and X
- Ideate, draft, and edit engaging posts, articles, and short‑format videos
- Execute social media campaigns
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content
- Position ANAND Group leadership as thought leaders on LinkedIn through curated content
- Drive Instagram growth by creating engaging, visually appealing content and leveraging reels/short‑format videos
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
Role Specifications
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Proven expertise in LinkedIn Thought Leadership campaigns and Instagram growth strategies
- Strong skills in content strategy, calendarisation, and short‑format video editing
- Proficiency in social media management tools and familiarity with analytics tools
