Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Services, based in Gurugram. The Assistant Manager Services will oversee daily operations, coordinate service delivery, manage client relationships, and ensure high service quality. Responsibilities include supervising service teams, implementing process improvements, meeting performance metrics, and preparing reports. The role also requires collaborating with multiple stakeholders and troubleshooting any operational challenges to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Process Management, Operations Coordination, and Service Delivery
  • Proficiency in Stakeholder Communication, Relationship Management, and Team Leadership
  • Experience with Performance Metrics, Troubleshooting, and Problem Resolution
  • Analytical and Reporting skills for preparing and managing operational data
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus
