Role Description
The Planning & Coordination Engineer/Manager will be responsible for project planning, execution monitoring, coordination, and reporting for high-rise real estate projects. The role involves ensuring smooth coordination between site execution, procurement, stores, QA/QC, and support teams while maintaining project timelines, quality standards, and resource planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare project execution plans, manpower planning, resource allocation, and project timelines.
- Monitor and track project progress through MIS, dashboards, and regular site coordination.
- Coordinate execution activities for Shell & Core, MEP, Fire Fighting, Infrastructure, and allied packages.
- Ensure alignment of site execution with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Excel, MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
- Coordinate ERP-based material and order planning with Procurement, Stores, Site Teams, and support staff.
- Support site engineers, QA/QC teams, Quantity Surveyors, and consultants for smooth project execution.
- Prepare progress reports, documentation, and audit-ready project records.
- Assist management in translating project deliverables into actionable site execution plans.
Technical Skills:
- Experience in high-rise real estate project planning and coordination.
- Knowledge of Shell & Core, MEP, Fire Protection, Infrastructure, and allied works.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and project scheduling tools.
- Understanding of QA/QC processes and construction methodologies.
- Experience with Aluform/aluminium formwork systems preferre
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; advanced certifications or professional licenses are a plus.
- 10–12+ years in real estate / construction execution, preferably with high‑rise buildings
- Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software
- Experience with quality assurance, cost control, and on-site safety protocols
- Leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to guide and motivate project teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
