Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager in Security Operations, based in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing physical security operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and managing security personnel. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for implementing and monitoring cybersecurity measures, managing vulnerability assessments, and ensuring robust network security measures. This position requires proactive problem-solving, collaboration with various teams, and effective communication with stakeholders to maintain a secure and operationally efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Operations Management and Physical Security practices
- Expertise in Cybersecurity, including vulnerability management and implementation of security measures
- Proficiency in Network Security protocols and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop and implement safety and security-focused strategies
- Experience in managing teams and collaborating across diverse departments
- Familiarity with compliance standards, safety regulations, and PSARA licensing is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Security Management, Information Technology, or Operations Management
