Role Description
The Assistant Manager - SCM - Sole and Footbeds will oversee supply chain activities related to sole and footbed production. This is a full-time on-site role located in Ambur, Tamil Nadu. Key responsibilities include demand planning, procurement, supply chain coordination, inventory management, and optimizing supply processes to ensure timely production and delivery. The role also involves analyzing data to identify trends and efficiencies, as well as collaborating with various departments to align supply chain operations with overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Demand Planning and strong Analytical Skills to forecast needs and interpret data effectively
- Expertise in Supply Management and Procurement to ensure efficient sourcing and cost optimization
- Skills in Inventory Management to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize disruptions
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage supply chain challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams
- Any Degree or bachelors in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the footwear manufactuing setup is mandatory
- 4 wheeler and 2 wheeler driving license
- Import of soles and footbeds experience
