About The Role
We’re looking for a sharp SCM Analyst to own our supply chain reporting. He’ll be our go-to for SQL, Power BI, and Advanced Excel, using those tools to track costs and key performance metrics daily for the management team.
A big part of this role is staying synced with our city teams. You’ll lead regular reviews to figure out why our Actuals aren't hitting our Projections and help brainstorm the process improvements needed to get us back on track.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own monthly target planning, track performance, and take corrective actions to deliver MoP/QoP goals
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure execution excellence and drive month-on-month delivery
- Lead weekly performance tracking, publish reports to stakeholders, and drive corrective measures
- Conduct regular reviews of key performance metrics and adapt plans based on insights and business needs
- Drive end-to-end ownership of key business initiatives focused on growth, efficiency, and innovation
- Develop and manage dashboards, trackers, and scorecards to monitor business KPIs and project impact
- Build and maintain structured reporting cadences for leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights
Desired Skills & Experience
- Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret and act on business metrics
- Proficiency in extracting, processing, and organizing data from multiple sources
- Advanced Excel skills for creating, automating, and maintaining performance reports
- Experience in identifying trends, tracking KPIs, and generating actionable insights
- Proven experience in account management, negotiation, and client servicing
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive growth and operational efficiency
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
