This is a full-time, on-site role located in Calangute for an Assistant Manager Sales/Sales Executive. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and meeting revenue targets. The successful candidate will work to promote hotel services, drive bookings, and collaborate closely with the marketing and events teams to develop sales strategies. Responsibilities also include preparing reports, identifying market trends, and delivering exceptional client service while representing the Hard Rock Hotel Goa brand.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills with experience in client engagement and contract management
- Analytical and reporting skills for tracking performance and identifying market trends
- Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and effectively liaise with clients and internal teams
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high-energy environment with a focus on delivering results
- Proficiency in sales software
- Knowledge of the hospitality
- Proven experience in a hotel sales in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
