*Job Title: Assistant Manager Sales - Premium Interior Decor Products*
- Salary:* Rs. 40,000/- to Rs. 50,000/- per month
Experience Required
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience.
- Must have worked extensively with:
- Interior designers
- Architects
- Contractors
- Hotels / hospitality projects
- Experience in landscaping / plants / planters / outdoor décor or related categories.
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive high-value B2B sales for premium planters and artificial plants.
- Build Auré Maison as a preferred partner for architects and interior designers.
Key Expectations
- Bring an existing client base and network (designers, architects, contractors, hotels).
- Actively expand relationships with:
- Interior designers
- Architects
- Luxury project consultants
Will Be Handling
- Project discussions
- Large orders
- Price negotiations
- Closures
- Mentor and guide junior sales team.
Success Will Be Measured By
- Quality of network onboarded.
- Number of repeat B2B clients.
- Monthly and quarterly revenue growth.
Work Location: Purasaiwalkam, Chennai
