Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Sales Marketing, based in Bengaluru. The role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing sales operations. The Assistant Manager will interact with clients, assess project needs, support business planning efforts, and contribute to the growth of Poetry Designs by driving new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Real Estate Sales Operations and Business Planning to drive revenue and support organizational goals.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Experience in cold calling, plot sales, villa sales, etc. preferred.
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify trends, assess market opportunities, and optimize sales strategies.
- Capability to work collaboratively, manage teams, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Experience in the construction or architecture industry is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
