Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition & Management: Identify and acquire new clients; maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Sales & Negotiation: Provide product solutions, negotiate contracts, and close sales to achieve targets.
• Support & After-Sales: Offer after-sales support, troubleshoot issues, and assist in custom product development.
• Market & Sales Analysis: Analyse market trends, sales data, and report findings.
• Collaboration & Training: Work with the sales team, support marketing events, and provide training to enhance team knowledge.
• Marketing Support & Event Representation: Support the marketing team by attending trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events to generate leads and brand awareness.
• Training & Development: Provide training and produce support materials for the sales team to enhance their technical knowledge and sales skills.
