Role Overview

We are looking for a result-driven Area Sales Manager – Sales & Marketing to drive B2B and B2C sales across Tamil Nadu. The role involves institutional sales, corporate business development, channel expansion, and revenue collections. The ideal candidate should have experience in building materials, construction, real estate, Ed-tech, or project-based institutional sales.

Key Responsibilities

B2B Business Development

  • Develop business through Channel Partners, Builders, Contractors, Architects, Consultants, Institutions, Corporates, and Government projects.
  • Identify and acquire new clients across Tamil Nadu.
  • Drive project-based sales and achieve assigned revenue targets.

B2C Lead Conversion

  • Convert company-generated leads into closures through effective follow-ups.

Project Coordination & Proposals

  • Coordinate internally for quotations and project designs.
  • Present proposals and support negotiations to close deals.

Collections & Revenue Management

  • Follow up with clients for timely collections and payment closures.
  • Track revenue realization against targets.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate CRM updates (leads, pipeline, closures, collections).
  • Submit weekly/monthly sales reports and market insights.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile3–6 years of experience in Building Materials, Construction, Real Estate, Ed-Tech, or Institutional Sales.
  • Strong experience in B2B project sales / channel development.
  • Network with builders, contractors, architects, schools, colleges, or corporates in Tamil Nadu preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, follow-up, and target achievement skills.
  • Willingness for field sales and client meetings.
