- Job Title: Assistant Manager Sales
Location: Bhubaneshwar
Experience: 5-10 years' experience in construction chemicals/ cement Sales profile.
Industry: Construction Chemicals/ Cement/ Construction.
Objective of the Role
The primary objective of the role is to…
- Handling Construction Chemicals like Waterproofing, Admixtures, Repairs, Flooring, Sealants, Concrete Adhesives.
- Responsible for achieving targets.
- Manage retain existing customers & building a new customer base.
- Handled projects like Tunnels, HEP, Road and bridges.
- Manage Channel Sales in territory.
- Develop & train application contractor.
- Meet with consultants, Architects, Builders, Contractors and developers.
- Preparing and implementing sales/application and collection plan.
- Continuously track competitor strategies and activities to understand market trends and alter action plans of the sector so as to leapfrog the market
- Special Working Conditions:- Extensive travelling required, travelling to remote areas
- Main interactions of the role:- Client management including Government bodies and approving agencies, Structural Engineers/ Architects along with applicator management etc...
- Education Qualification: B Tech/ Diploma in Civil Engineering- Mandatory.
- Reporting Manager: Cluster Manager
