Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Assistant Manager Business Development. The role involves identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying market trends. Responsibilities include developing strategic plans to achieve business goals, preparing sales and performance reports, and collaborating with teams to enhance organizational growth. The Assistant Manager will also play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Proficiency in Market Research and Data Analysis
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation Skills
- Strategic Planning and Problem-Solving Abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Familiarity with interior design or architectural products is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite
