Role Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager Sales & Business Development (BDM) to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will manage sales initiatives, identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and work towards achieving revenue targets. You will also develop and execute business strategies, conduct market research, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and account management
- Strong market research, customer engagement, and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop effective sales strategies and identify new market opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build long-term client relationships
- Mandatory experience in masterbatch industry
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is an added advantage
- Willingness to work on-site in India, with the flexibility for travel as required
