Summary:
The role is responsible for driving business performance through effective management of channel partners and customers, supporting the organization’s rapid and sustainable growth in Karnataka.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging applications, and growth potential across existing and untapped markets.
Assess customer requirements and industry trends to develop actionable insights that support strategic business expansion.
Build, manage, and strengthen long-term customer relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and providing end-to-end sales and application support.
Deliver solution-based recommendations by aligning product capabilities with customer needs, ensuring value-driven outcomes.
Analyse competitor positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approaches to enhance sales effectiveness and market presence.
Identify, appoint, and develop dealers and distributors to expand geographic reach and strengthen market penetration.
Lead channel partner engagement through joint business planning, performance monitoring, and continuous capability development.
Mentor and guide distributor sales teams to improve product knowledge, selling effectiveness, and customer engagement
Qualification & Certification (if applicable)
B. Tech/Diploma – Mechanical/Electrical
Experience
5 to 7 years in sales (Channel Management experience preferred)
