Assistant Manager – Sales & Operations

Kickstart Football Academy is looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Assistant Manager – Sales & Operations to lead the growth and day-to-day business operations of our Kannur Facility on Hennur Road, Bengaluru.

What You'll Be Responsible For
· Driving player enrolments into academy programs
· Building strong relationships with parents, schools, and community stakeholders
· Managing and growing school partnerships and educational collaborations
· Planning and executing tournaments, leagues, football festivals, and special events
· Creating new revenue opportunities through innovative programs and partnerships
· Driving facility utilization through corporate events, tournaments, camps, and community programs
· Supporting coach education courses, licensing programs, and football development initiatives
· Coordinating across departments to ensure exceptional academy operations and customer experience
· Managing player registration and program administration through digital platforms
· Identifying and implementing business opportunities that contribute to the long-term growth of the facility
Who We're Looking For
· Graduate in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, Commerce, or related disciplines
· Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, academy operations, sports management, education partnerships, or business development
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills
· Self-driven, proactive, and highly organized
· Passionate about sports, youth development, and community engagement
· Experience working with football academies, schools, sports organizations, or youth programs will be highly preferred
· Knowledge of the Bengaluru football ecosystem, KSFA competitions, youth leagues, and player development pathways will be an advantage
