Role Description
The Assistant Manager - Sales and Marketing will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer engagement. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, market research, dealer management and participation in industry events. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing strategies, business development, and client relationship management
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify growth opportunities
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of the chemical industry, water treatment, or pharmaceutical sectors is a plus
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in engineering. Technical background preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently on-site
- Exprience in water treatment industry is mandatory.
