Role Description
As an Assistant Manager - Risk, you will oversee risk assessment processes, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to risk management policies. You will analyze potential risks across operational, financial, and compliance areas, provide actionable insights through reports, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement effective risk controls. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, requiring close collaboration with various stakeholders to safeguard organizational integrity and support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate data and identify key risk indicators.
- Experience in risk assessment, risk mitigation strategies, and monitoring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Proficiency in creating reports, presenting findings, and effectively communicating with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of financial review, operational risk assessment, and control frameworks is highly desirable.
- Attention to detail, project management capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; certification in risk management is a plus.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or related industries will be considered an advantage.
