Role Description
This full-time on-site role, located in Pune Division, involves overseeing and optimizing the hotel's revenue management strategy to drive business growth and improve profitability. The Assistant Revenue Manager will analyze market trends, monitor competition, and recommend pricing strategies to maximize revenue. The role requires collaboration with different departments to ensure alignment with financial objectives and to manage revenue recognition accurately. The ideal candidate will participate in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes to support strategic decision-making and ensure compliance with organizational goals and standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Revenue Management and Revenue Recognition
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and data-driven decision-making
- Knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams to integrate business operations and financial strategies
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and revenue management software; working knowledge of hotel management software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Previous experience in revenue management or financial planning within the hospitality industry is an advantage
