Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Restaurant, based in Ahmedabad. The Assistant Manager will support the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include achieving customer satisfaction, managing and leading the team, overseeing food and beverage operations, and ensuring adherence to company standards. The Assistant Manager will also assist in hiring and mentoring employees, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining a positive, productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Service and a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Experience or ability in Hiring and team management
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with staff and guests
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and industry trends
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Problem-solving ability and focus on maintaining high standards of excellence
- Prior experience in restaurant management or the food & beverage industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
