Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Repair and Maintenance located in Jharsuguda. The role involves overseeing maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that all equipment is functioning efficiently. Responsibilities include managing preventive maintenance schedules, supervising maintenance activities, and ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards. The Assistant Manager will be instrumental in maintaining equipment performance and providing support for effective maintenance management practices.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills to oversee maintenance teams and ensure task completion
- Expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices
- Proficiency in Maintenance Management, including planning and execution of maintenance schedules
- Practical knowledge of Maintenance & Repair processes with attention to detail
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and compliance standards in maintenance operations
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field
- Prior experience in repair and maintenance of logistics equipment is preferred
