Role Description The Assistant Manager role at Rhydburg is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The role involves supervising day-to-day operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that departmental targets and quality standards are met. The Assistant Manager supports planning and execution of projects, monitors performance metrics, and prepares regular reports and presentations for leadership. Responsibilities include maintaining compliance with company policies, optimizing processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The role also requires mentoring team members, managing stakeholder communication, and assisting senior management with strategic and operational decisions.
Qualifications
- Operational management skills, including team coordination, workflow planning, and performance monitoring.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and conflict resolution.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including data interpretation, process optimization, and decision-making under time constraints.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with standard office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, collaborative platforms) and willingness to learn new systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Pharmacy, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Previous experience in an assistant manager or supervisory role, preferably within pharmaceuticals or a regulated industry.
- Understanding of basic pharmaceutical operations, quality standards, and compliance requirements is beneficial.
