Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment professional to manage hiring for the US Residential Mortgage domain. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and a proven track record of hiring for Live Underwriter and Post Close Underwriter roles. The candidate should possess strong stakeholder management skills, sourcing expertise, and the ability to drive closures within defined timelines.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US Residential Mortgage requirements.
- Handle hiring for Live Underwriter and Post Close Underwriter roles.
- Source profiles through job portals, vendor networks, references, and direct sourcing channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on skill fitment, mortgage knowledge, compensation, notice period, and work model alignment.
- Coordinate and manage interview scheduling with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Drive offer discussions, negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and provide regular hiring updates and reports.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as sourcing funnel, time to hire, offer-to-join ratio, and closure timelines.
- Ensure process adherence and improve recruitment efficiency through continuous process improvements.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in hiring for US Residential Mortgage processes.
- Good understanding of Live Underwriting and Post Close Underwriting operations.
- Expertise in sourcing and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and closures simultaneously.
- Good understanding of recruitment MIS and reporting.
Preferred Criteria:
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates with prior mortgage domain hiring experience will be given preference.
