Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as Assistant Manager Quality Control, located in Andhra Pradesh, India. The Assistant Manager Quality Control will oversee day-to-day quality control laboratory activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include supervising testing procedures, managing documentation, conducting audits, overseeing equipment calibration, ensuring adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in quality control processes such as testing, validation, and equipment calibration in a pharmaceutical setting
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Ability to manage documentation and conduct internal audits effectively
- Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
- Experience in analytical techniques, such as chromatography or spectroscopy, is advantageous
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field
- Prior experience in a quality control or pharmaceutical manufacturing role is preferred
