Position Description
Associate Manager Q.C.
Job Purpose: In process and NPD QC
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
- In process audit and NPD Quality activities
- Dock Audit defect verify & report verify & share report
- Functional Training provided to associates as per different country standards.
- Preparation of Capex & Opex for the department of every financial year.
- Consumable items verification and share report.
- Manage manufacturing review (MR) for all gates in NPD. Manage the complete test on dimension/ function/ appearance/ installation/ packing.
- LSW discussion with the reporting manager.
- Daily conducting tool box meetings with associates and allocation of daily work
- Modified sample testing report and share report
- Update 4M Change Status with register number.
- Asset Item verify and share report.
- To follow up Manufacturing review MOMs point with concerned dept.
- Raised IQAL with concerned dept if found non conformities during testing.
