Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Quality Control at our Bangalore location. The incumbent will oversee quality control activities, ensure compliance with CGMP and regulatory requirements, and manage laboratory operations. Responsibilities include reviewing analytical data, overseeing testing processes, participating in audits and investigations, and ensuring adherence to quality management systems. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support compliance initiatives and maintain testing documentation will also be required.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of CGMP, regulatory guidelines, and quality management systems
  • Proficiency in analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, and spectroscopy
  • Experience with managing and reviewing analytical testing and related laboratory procedures
  • Capability to lead audits, investigations, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Familiarity with computer systems like LIMS and electronic documentation systems
  • Effective communication, problem-solving skills, and team collaboration capabilities
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field
  • Prior experience in quality control within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is highly desirable
