Job Title;

Designation : Asst.Manager QA/QC – FIBC/Jumbo bag/Container Liner Manufacturing
Qualification: BE/ Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Engineering, Textile Technology, Polymer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in FIBC, woven sack, packaging, industry.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written english Communication skill
CTC: 9 lakhs per annum
Location: KIADB Industrial Area, Nidavanda Village, Dabaspet, Bangalore (rural).
Transport Facility: From Peenya to Factory (KIADB Industrial Area, Nidavanda village, Dabaspet)
Job Summary;
Key Responsibilities
Quality Management System (QMS)
* Implement and maintain quality systems in line with ISO 9001 requirements.
* Develop quality policies, procedures, work instructions, and SOPs.
* Ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
Incoming Material Quality Control
* Inspect and approve raw materials such as:
* Polypropylene (PP) granules
* PP tapes
* Fabric
* Webbing
* Sewing threads
* Liners
* Monitor supplier quality performance.
In-Process Quality Control
* Establish quality checkpoints during:
* Tape extrusion
* Weaving
* Lamination
* Printing
* Cutting
* Stitching
* Final assembly
* Monitor critical process parameters.
* Analyse defects and implement corrective actions.
Finished Product Inspection
* Ensure FIBCs meet specifications for:
* Dimensions
* Fabric GSM
* SWL (Safe Working Load)
* Safety Factor
* Seam strength
* Top and bottom construction
* Printing quality
* Cleanliness
Testing & Compliance
* Manage laboratory testing:
* Tensile strength tests
* Fabric GSM testing
* UV resistance testing
* Top lift tests
* Safety factor verification
* Coordinate certification and compliance activities for food-grade, pharmaceutical-grade, or hazardous material bags where applicable.
Customer Quality Management
* Handle customer complaints.
* Conduct root cause analysis
* Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Required Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Textile Technology, Polymer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
* Excellent English communication skill both in verbal and written
* Strong knowledge of PP woven fabric manufacturing processes.
* Experience with ISO systems and quality audits.

* CAPA Management
