Job Title
IMS & TPM Implementation Lead
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Certified Internal Auditor and TPM Implementation Lead with strong expertise in Integrated Management Systems (IMS) covering ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. The role has a major focus on end-to-end TPM implementation, KPI & objective management, operational excellence, internal and external audits, and global audit coordination to drive world-class manufacturing performance and continual improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, maintain, and continually improve Integrated Management Systems (IMS) – ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
- Certified Internal Auditor – plan and conduct internal audits across all functions and plants.
- Coordinate external certification, surveillance, and recertification audits.
- Act as Global Q-Star audit coordinator, ensuring audit preparedness and timely closure of findings.
- Manage document control systems including manuals, SOPs, procedures, formats, and records.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, customer, and certification requirements.
TPM Implementation & Excellence (Core Focus)
- Lead end-to-end TPM implementation across the plant in line with global TPM frameworks.
- Act as TPM Coordinator and deployment leader for all TPM pillars (AM, PM, QM, FI, EEM, ET, SHE, Office TPM).
- Define TPM roadmap, master plan, and deployment targets aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct TPM audits, maturity assessments, and gap analysis.
- Facilitate Kaizen, loss elimination, OEE improvement, and zero breakdown initiatives.
- Coach pillar leaders and cross-functional teams on TPM tools and methodologies.
- Prepare the organization for TPM assessments, awards, and certifications where applicable.
KPI & Objective Management
- Define, deploy, and track KPIs and objectives aligned with IMS, TPM, and operational excellence goals.
- Establish KPI dashboards for Quality, TPM, EHS, Cost, Delivery, and Productivity.
- Drive management of objectives and targets at plant and departmental levels.
- Monitor KPI performance trends, identify gaps, and lead structured problem-solving (RCA, CAPA).
- Support Management Review Meetings with clear KPI analysis and improvement actions.
- Ensure KPI linkage with continuous improvement, TPM pillar targets, and strategic business goals.
Equipment & Calibration
- Oversee plant equipment calibration and measurement system management.
- Ensure calibration compliance, traceability, records, and audit readiness.
- Support equipment reliability initiatives aligned with TPM goals.
Training & Capability Building
- Develop and deliver training programs on IMS, TPM, quality, auditing, EHS, and operational excellence.
- Establish training needs, proficiency matrices, and competency evaluations.
- Assess training effectiveness and sustain skill development across teams.
