About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to oversee end-to-end procurement operations across construction, MEP systems, IT infrastructure, and indirect services. The role requires strong expertise in techno-commercial evaluation, vendor management, ERP systems, and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Sourcing
- Manage the complete procurement lifecycle for construction materials, MEP systems, IBMS, IT infrastructure, and indirect services.
- Lead RFQ/RFP processes, techno-commercial evaluations, reverse auctions, and negotiations.
- Finalize rate contracts, long-term agreements, SLAs, AMCs, and service contracts.
- Ensure procurement activities align with project timelines, technical specifications, and budget constraints.
Budgeting & Cost Control
- Plan and manage Capex and Opex procurement budgets, including tracking and reconciliation.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives and monitor savings against targets.
Vendor Management
- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage domestic and international vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance through KPIs, SLAs, and periodic reviews.
- Implement corrective actions to improve supplier performance and reliability.
Technical Procurement
- Handle sourcing of civil, mechanical, and electrical components.
- Manage procurement of IT hardware (laptops, servers, networking equipment, CCTV, access control, AV systems).
- Oversee procurement of software licenses, ERP add-ons, cybersecurity tools, and IT services.
- Manage vendor onboarding, warranty tracking, AMC/support contracts, and compliance.
ERP & Compliance
- Execute procurement transactions using SAP S/4 HANA / SAP MM / SAP Ariba:
- Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Service POs, Contracts
- GRN, Service Entry Sheets, Invoice Verification
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure master data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and governance standards.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain procurement dashboards, MIS reports, and performance trackers.
- Monitor budget utilization, cost savings, vendor performance, and inventory metrics.
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership using Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools.
International Procurement
- Manage international trade terms (Incoterms) and payment mechanisms such as LC, CAD, ABG, PBG, and SWIFT.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience
- 7 - 10 years of progressive experience in Procurement & Supply Chain Management.
- Proven exposure to construction, IT and indirect procurement.
- Strong background in strategic sourcing, contracts and multi-category procurement.
- Bachelor's degree (Civil or Mechanical preferred).
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA / SAP MM / SAP Ariba (mandatory).
- Solid understanding of IT procurement categories and construction-related sourcing.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to Power BI is an advantage
