Role Description
We are looking for a candidate with experience in the e-publishing industry, who can effectively drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhance process efficiency, and contribute to quality and productivity improvements across operations.
Key Expectations:
- Lead and support process improvement projects across functions
- Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for optimization
- Drive standardization, quality enhancement, and efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement sustainable solutions
- Track and report key performance metrics
- Strong data analytical knowledge to derive insights and support decision-making
Qualification:
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, with practical exposure to project execution
