SCOPE
The Contract Manager is responsible to manage and arrive performance maintenance contract. This service is rendered to Normet clients on and off mine site according to Normet and performance contract requirements. The Contract manager also to Manage people and processes working closely within the commercial team and achieve a profitable project for both Normet and the Customer in accordance with Site, Normet Safety and Environmental guidelines and Mining Regulations and contractual requirements.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a high focus on HSEQ in line with Normet HSEQ Standards
- Conducting IMS audit at HZL Sites. (Six monthly, Re-certification, Surveillance Audit)
- Business process preparation, implementation, and roll-out
- Implementation of common functionalities including checklists, processes, formats for all sites and upkeep/ monitoring the revisions.
- Analysis of Equipment performance data for CPH contract.
- Cost analysis report HZL CPH contract through Power BI
- Update CPH 7-year machine provision data on a monthly basis
- Provision up-keep for HZL business including Spare Parts & Penalty in coordination with HZL Business Head
- Provision up-keep for ROI business including Dealership sales
- Spare parts consumption dashboard update on Power BI report weekly basis.
- ROI EQ performance monitoring (availability/ breakdown/ Critical issues/ etc)
- HZL EQ performance monitoring (Contractual KPIs including but not limited to component tracking)
- AMC & CPH machine movement details
- ROI manpower mapping and utilisation analysis
- Updating/ Monitoring of EQ installed base

Position Requirements

Qualifications And Experience
- Graduate or Engineering (Diploma or Degree)
- Certification in ISO
- 8 years experience with 5 Years in planning
- Microsoft Excel/Spread sheet (advanced)
- English proficiency
