- Order Management – Project planning, Scheduling, Monitoring & Tracking and timely execution. Liaisoning with customers, Production, Quality teams for on time execution of orders.
- Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
- Capacity Planning: Analyze production capacity, identify bottlenecks, and implement measures along with process engineering to improve productivity.
- Material Planning: Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Scheduling: Create and manage production schedules, considering factors like production volume, lead time, and resource availability.
- Monitoring and Control: Track production progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to ensure smooth production flow.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, minimize waste, and optimize storage.
