Role Description:
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing to join our team and drive growth through digital marketing channels.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads, along with a working understanding of affiliate marketing, SEO, and retention marketing. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to optimize campaigns for scale and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google and Meta
- Track and improve key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Support growth through affiliate partnerships
- Coordinate on SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility
- Assist with retention marketing campaigns across CRM, WhatsApp, Email, SMS, or Push
- Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights
- Work closely with internal teams for tracking, reporting, and funnel optimization
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing / digital marketing
- Strong understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Basic to good knowledge of affiliate marketing, SEO, and retention marketing
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Comfortable with Google Analytics, Excel, and performance dashboards
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
- Experience in lead generation, fintech, BFSI, insurance, or high-growth digital businesses
