Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for an Assistant Manager - Operations. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements (SLAs). Responsibilities include coordinating with repair workshops, monitoring operational performance, optimizing workflows, and enhancing customer satisfaction through timely and high-quality service. The Assistant Manager will also work to improve claims fulfillment efficiency and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve key performance indicators.
Location - Gurgaon
Salary - Up to 6 LPA
Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage end-to-end operations for assigned locations/partners
✔ Coordinate with garages, vendors, and internal teams for smooth service delivery
✔ Monitor service quality, turnaround time (TAT), and customer satisfaction
✔ Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
✔ Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports
✔ Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
✔ Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
✔ Train and onboard new partners/vendors
✔ Work closely with customer support and sales teams
Key Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
✔ 3–4 years of experience in operations, preferably in automotive/service industry
✔ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
✔ Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
✔ Experience in vendor/partner management is a plus
Preferred Skills
✔ Experience in automotive service platforms/startups
✔ Knowledge of supply chain or field operations
✔ Data-driven decision-making mindset
