- Manage and lead inbound and outbound operations, ensuring full compliance with customer procedures, service level agreements, and quality standards.
- Maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination.
- Provide accurate data for LSP billing and deliver timely MIS reports to support production and dispatch planning.
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring that any operational issues are promptly logged, resolved, or escalated as per defined protocols.
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs by third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and internal teams for both inbound and outbound processes.
- Foster a high-performance service culture within the team, driving employee engagement, performance management, and skill development.
- Coordinate with 3PLs and transport partners to meet service requirements, optimize routing, and ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
- Monitor inventory flow and dispatch accuracy to maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
