KYC (Operations)
- Undertaking implementation of regulatory changes /enhancements of CKYC and Document Upload Journey across all LOB/Applicable Product Codes
- Stay updated with all regulatory guidelines issued by IRDAI and other regulators viz (IRDAI/CERSAI) and analyze KYC impact in all these journeys
- Implement KYC journeys that would align with organizational
- objective of data authentication and enrichment
Projects – Digital Transformation
- Take-up enhancement projects for KYC process in terms of technology/features/customer experience upgrade
- Define parameters, track projects progress, and address the roadblocks faced by teams during project development and implementation.
KYC Monitoring & Training
- Monitor KYC journeys and pendency across all digital assets for CKYC and Document Upload Journey
- Conduct training for stakeholders post process revision
- Communicate exception reports and relevant dashboard to all stakeholders
