Assistant Manager – Delivery Execution (EMS Operations)
The Opportunity
The Assistant Manager – Delivery Management will be responsible for end-to- end delivery planning, coordination, and execution across multiple business verticals, including:
- Evoflex (EMS Allied Services – Electronics Manufacturing Fintech Products)
- Glomore (Battery Pack Manufacturing, Repair Refurbishment Services)
The role ensures seamless alignment between planning, production, supply chain, logistics, and customer commitments, driving On- Time- In- Full (OTIF) delivery performance

Key Responsibilities Include
Strategic Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Delivery Ownership
Manage Complete Order Lifecycle
Order confirmation → Planning → Production → Dispatch → Closure
- Ensure adherence to committed delivery timelines (OTD/OTIF)
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly delivery schedules
- Accountable for achieving OTIF and OTD targets across all assigned orders
- Own delivery performance metrics and ensure adherence to committed timelines

Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as a central interface across:
- Production (EMS Battery Pack lines)
- Supply Chain Procurement
- Quality Assurance
- Warehouse Logistics
- Sales / Customer Teams
- Drive alignment and ensure timely resolution of interdependencies
3.
Planning Scheduling
- Coordinate with planning teams for:
- EMS production planning (Evoflex)
- Fintech product deliveries
- Battery pack manufacturing dispatch planning (Glomore)
- Monitor capacity vs demand, identify constraints, and flag risks proactively
- SAP / ERP-Based Execution (MANDATORY)
- Utilize SAP/ERP systems for:
- Order tracking (Sales Orders / Work Orders)
- Production planning status monitoring
- Inventory availability and material tracking
- Dispatch planning and delivery documentation
- Ensure data accuracy and real-time system updates
Functional Responsibilities
- Delivery Performance Reporting
- Track and report key KPIs:
- On-Time Delivery (OTD %)
- Order Fulfillment Cycle Time
- Delay Root Cause Analysis
- Own and publish delivery dashboards (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Drive KPI reviews and ensure closure of action items
- Prepare dashboards using Excel / Power BI for management review
- Risk Management Escalation
- Identify bottlenecks in materials, production, or logistics
- Drive mitigation and recovery plans
- Escalate critical issues with structured analysis and solutions
- Customer Internal Communication
- Provide clear and timely delivery commitments and updates
- Manage internal and external escalations professionally
- Ensure alignment between customer expectations and operational capabilities
- Process Improvement Digitization
- Support implementation and improvement of:
- SAP / ERP / MES systems
- Delivery tracking dashboards
- Automation in reporting and coordination
- Continuously improve delivery processes for efficiency and scalability
To qualify for the role, you must have –
- Education: Graduate / Engineer / MBA (Operations / SCM preferred)
- Experience: 4–8 years in Delivery Management / PPC / SCM / Operations
- Industry Preference: EMS / Electronics / Manufacturing / Battery / Fintech Hardware

Technical Skills (Mandatory Preferred)

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot, MIS, trackers)
- Working knowledge of Power BI (preferred)
- Exposure to MES / Manufacturing Digital Systems (added advantage)
Functional Knowledge
- EMS manufacturing processes
- Battery pack production / assembly (preferred)
- Production Planning Control (PPC)
- Supply chain inventory management
- Logistics dispatch operations
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Accountable for maintaining OTIF 95%” (or your internal benchmark)
- Order Fulfillment Cycle Time
- Ensure schedule adherence as per production plan
- Drive reduction in delivery delays through structured RCA
- Cross-functional coordination efficiency
- Customer satisfaction / Escalation reduction
Authority Responsibility
- Own delivery commitments across assigned orders/projects
- Coordinate and drive actions across departments
- Escalate risks and delays to management with mitigation plans
- Recommend process improvements and system enhancements
