Responsibilities

• Brainstorming and implementing activation plans and concepts according to requirements, target group & objectives
• Preparing complete presentations & budgets for every activation as planned
• Handling vendor sourcing, negotiations, and invoicing while optimizing project budgets
• Supervising field teams, logistics, and performance metrics to ensure smooth execution and improved ROI
• Be in charge of hiring personnel (vendors) and managing manpower on-ground
• Conducting ground-level recce and ensuring seamless campaign rollouts across multiple regions
• Leading promotional activities, branding projects, and event activations for corporate and government clients
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships with stakeholders across industries
• Analysing every activation’s success and preparing detailed reports & documentation

Requirements

• Proven experience in brand activations, event promotion, and operations management
• Skilled in project management with knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
• Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• A knack for problem-solving and vendor coordination
• Team player with leadership abilities and experience handling large-scale projects
