About the Job:
We are looking for a highly execution-oriented Assistant Manager-Offline Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize Liquify’s offline marketing initiatives.
The primary focus is driving strong brand visibility, partner acquisition, and measurable ROI through events, exhibitions, activations, and offline media.
This role is ideal for someone with a data-driven mindset who thrives in coordinating end-to-end ground operations and managing vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end events, exhibitions, and partner engagement programs.
- Manage society activations, corporate activations, and on-ground campaigns to drive footfall and lead generation.
- Identify, onboard, and negotiate with vendors for printing, fabrication, events, and media to ensure cost efficiency.
- Execute offline media campaigns across high-visibility channels including hoardings, financial magazines, and newspapers.
- Coordinate the development, deployment, and brand consistency of all physical marketing collaterals and event materials.
- Manage and track a significant portion of the annual offline marketing budget (~₹50L+) to ensure maximum outcome within budget.
- Track critical performance metrics including leads generated, cost per lead (CPL), and event ROI using tracking mechanisms like QR codes and CRM integration.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, partnerships, design, and digital teams to enhance partner ecosystem conversions.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in offline marketing, events, or activations (experience in BFSI, Fintech, Real Estate, or Consumer Brands preferred).
- Strong event management, execution, and on-ground operational skills.
- Excellent vendor management and sharp negotiation abilities.
- Solid understanding of offline media planning and multi-project coordination.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and optimize campaign ROI.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
