Job Description
- Design and develop ‘Dash boards’ and ‘Reports’ for the Senior Business Managers,
- Data Management- managing & maintaining compensation data efficiently for all employees in the system.
- Hands-on managing high volume data.
- Building macros in the current process which will bring efficiency in the team
- Worked in HR MIS Team and managing MIS for the current organization
- Manage the resolution of compensation escalated inquiries.
Qualifications
- Graduation in any stream with 4 to 8 years of relevant experience
- Advanced MS Excel skills are essential to produce multiple data reports and create scenario modelling and forecasting
- Highly analytical, data driven
