Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Assistant Manager - Membership Management. The Assistant Manager will perform day-to-day tasks related to managing membership activities, including onboarding, servicing members, and addressing inquiries. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, ensuring excellent customer service, and collaborating on event planning initiatives. The selected candidate will also analyze membership data to improve retention strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Membership Management and Customer Service to ensure a seamless and engaging member experience
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess trends and develop data-driven strategies for membership retention and growth
- Excellent Communication skills, both oral and written, to interact effectively with members and stakeholders
- Experience with Event Planning for organizing and managing member-focused activities and programs
- An organized and detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A background in the financial services sector or related industries is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
