Your Profile
We are looking for someone who understands that luxury sales are not transactional — they are relationship-led, trust-driven, and deeply personal. This role is for someone who can naturally navigate affluent circles, build long-term credibility, and create a sense of aspiration around the brand while preserving its exclusivity.
Strategic Membership Sales & Client Acquisition
- Drive acquisition of high-net-worth individuals, premium corporate clientele, family offices, and executive networks for Red Stub Club memberships.
- Position the Red Stub Club value proposition through a consultative, relationship-led sales approach tailored to individual lifestyle and entertainment preferences.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through strategic outreach, referrals, partnerships, and network-led engagement.
- Consistently achieve membership sales and contribution targets while maintaining the exclusivity of the brand.
Network Development & Relationship Management
- Build a strong presence within luxury and premium ecosystems including private events, executive communities, cultural experiences, and high-profile networking circles.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with prospects and existing members to drive referrals, retention, and organic brand advocacy.
- Identify and engage the right clientele by understanding consumer behavior, preferences, and evolving luxury lifestyle trends.
Market Intelligence & Operational Excellence
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to share insights on premium consumer trends and member expectations.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, client profiling, sales reporting, and forecasting.
- Contribute to strengthening the Red Stub Club brand through strategic market visibility and relationship-driven growth initiatives.
Your Checklist
- Proven experience in luxury, premium, or relationship-led sales environments.
- Prior experience in membership sales, premium banking/cards, luxury hospitality, private clubs, or elite lifestyle ecosystems preferred.
- Proven ability to engage and influence high-net-worth individuals, business leaders, family offices, and C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong consultative selling, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the polish required to represent a premium brand.
- Self-driven, strategic, and comfortable operating in a high-performance, target-oriented environment.
- Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and premium lifestyle trends.
- Passion for entertainment, live experiences, culture, music, sports, and luxury experiences.
