Role Description
The Assistant Manager - Medical Excellence (MBBS Doctors) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage and oversee medical affairs strategies, contribute to clinical research initiatives, and develop and deliver training programs. Additional responsibilities include providing medical insights, interpreting research data, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure medical excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Medicine and Medical Affairs to provide expert knowledge and best practices.
- Proficiency in Training and ability to design and deliver effective learning programs.
- Experience in Clinical Research and Research, including study design, data analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate medical information effectively to stakeholders.
- MBBS qualification is required, with additional certifications or postgraduate training being an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving excellence in medical projects.
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector is desirable.
