Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing / Communication and relevant 3-4
years’ experience in Residential real estate marketing.
Role Summary:
- He/she will play a critical role in executing and optimizing marketing initiatives across
- given set of projects Westgate and Estate. Working closely with the Brand Manager, this role
- will bridge strategy and execution—ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively across
- ATL, BTL, and digital channels.
- The role demands a strong understanding of marketing channels, attention to detail, and the
- ability to manage multiple stakeholders while driving high-quality, timely
- operation/execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Calendar Management
- Executing marketing campaigns across digital, ATL, and BTL channels with the brand manager
- Maintain and execute end-to-end marketing calendar (Emailers, WhatsApp, on-ground events)
- Coordinate with creative and digital agencies for campaign rollout
- Take ownership of assigned projects under the Brand Manager
Agency & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, CP team, Accounts, CRM) for seamless execution
- Manage vendor relationships including printers and on-ground partners
Weekly Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Assist in evaluating campaign effectiveness and suggesting improvements
BTL & On-Ground Activations
- Plan and execute BTL initiatives such as society activations, referral events, and CP activities
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure branding visibility and execution quality
Market Intelligence & Competition Tracking
- Conduct competition analysis for both launch and sustenance projects
Budget and Billing
- Maintain records of the work done and raise timely estimates
- Seek internal approvals and track the release of payment. Ensure timely invoicing of all external vendors
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to real estate marketing / advertising agency
- Experience in campaign execution and agency coordination
- A degree in Communication or a related field
