Job Title: Assistant Manager – Marketing
Location: Sarovar Premiere, Alwar, Rajasthan (On-site)
Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager – Marketing to drive hotel marketing initiatives, brand visibility, and revenue growth. Candidates with prior experience in hospitality or marketing for hospitality brands will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute hotel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, local activations).
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and corporate marketing teams.
- Manage online presence, OTA promotions, and reputation management.
- Handle collaborations, influencers, and local partnerships.
- Support brand positioning and pre-defined marketing goals.
- Work with Corporate Marketing team to function as per brand SOPs and company objectives
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 04 years of experience in hospitality marketing OR marketing roles serving hospitality clients.
- Strong understanding of hotel marketing, branding, and digital platforms.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads and Marketing analytics.
- Willingness to relocate and work on-site in Alwar, Rajasthan.
