About the Role
We are looking for a highly execution-driven Assistant Manager - Marketing to join our growing
team at MIDASX. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in fintech, BFSI, SaaS, or
financial services marketing who understands how to build and scale impactful marketing
initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with leadership, product, sales, and design teams to drive campaigns,
manage marketing operations, support brand growth, and enhance engagement with financial
intermediaries, including MFDs, RIAs, and wealth managers.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Marketing Operations
Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, WhatsApp, webinars,
and events. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and
high-quality delivery of campaigns and creatives.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Support and optimise digital campaigns including social media marketing, email marketing,
SEO, paid campaigns, and lead nurturing initiatives. Track campaign performance and help
improve conversion metrics.
Content & Communication
Assist in creating marketing content such as social media posts, emailers, presentations,
landing pages, blogs, brochures, and product communication tailored for the financial services
ecosystem.
Product & Feature MarketingWork with the product team to market platform features, launches, and updates effectively. Help create product collaterals, demo presentations, and user communication assets.
Brand & Design Coordination
Ensure all communication aligns with the brand identity and positioning of MIDASX. Coordinate
with designers and agencies to maintain quality and consistency across marketing materials.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor campaign metrics, prepare performance reports, track engagement data, and provide
actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Coordinate with sales, customer success, training, and external vendors/agencies to ensure
seamless execution of marketing initiatives and events.
Who You Are
Experience & Background
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in fintech, BFSI, SaaS, wealth-tech, or financial services
- Prior experience working with investment, mutual fund, insurance, or wealth
- management businesses is preferred
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and campaign execution
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent execution and project management skills
- Strong communication, writing, and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, email marketing tools, social media management platforms, and marketing automation tools
- Good understanding of branding, social media, and performance marketing
