- Marketing Strategy & Planning
Assist in developing and implementing annual marketing plans aligned with business goals.
Support promotional campaigns for rooms, F&B outlets, banquets, and special events.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Coordinate with agencies for SEO, SEM, and paid campaigns.
Monitor online reputation and respond to guest reviews on platforms like Google & TripAdvisor.
Ensure brand guidelines of IHG are followed across all marketing materials.
Create and manage marketing collaterals, brochures, and creatives.
Maintain consistency in brand communication.
Plan and execute seasonal promotions, festivals, and hotel events.
Coordinate with F&B, Sales, and Operations teams for campaign rollouts.
Track campaign performance and ROI.
Build relationships with local influencers, media, and corporate partners.
Support PR activities and press releases.
Organize promotional events and brand activations.
Prepare monthly marketing reports and performance dashboards.
Analyze campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in marketing (preferably in hospitality or hotel industry).
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Strong communication and creative skills.
