About the role
The Mission is to Win, grow, and own international QSR accounts and FMCG companies
We are not looking for order-takers.
We want a hunter–builder who can break into global QSR chains and FMCG companies , co-create solutions, close smart commercial deals, and scale accounts aggressively.
If you have sold food & beverage ingredients to international QSR brands and FMCG companies — and you know how their procurement, culinary, and supply chain engines work — we want to talk.
What You’ll Own
- End-to-end account ownership — pipeline to payment
- Breaking into new QSR brands FMCG companies and expanding share in existing ones
- Driving solution-led conversations (not SKU pitching)
- Co-creating menu solutions with R&D
- Leading commercial negotiations and closing high-value contracts
- Scaling launches nationally with flawless execution
You are accountable for revenue, margin, and momentum.
What Winning Looks Like
- You convert innovation discussions into signed contracts
- You open doors at multiple levels — procurement, culinary, operations
- You improve wallet share year-on-year
- You spot cost-saving or taste-enhancement opportunities before the customer does
- You move from sampling to national roll-out fast

Who You Are
- 3–6 years in B2B food ingredient sales
- Proven success selling to international QSR chains
- Comfortable with long sales cycles and tough negotiations
- Strong commercial instincts — you understand margins, pricing, and scale economics
- High ownership mindset — zero hand-holding required
- Thrives in ambiguity and fast-growth environments
- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
- High ownership and self-driven mindset
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
- Strong relationship-building capability
- Analytical approach to account planning
