Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Coimbatore for an Assistant Manager/Manager in Retail Finance specializing in auto loans. The responsibilities include managing retail finance operations, analyzing financial data, ensuring smooth processing of auto loans, and supporting clients with financial planning. The role will involve liaising with various financial institutions, ensuring compliance with company policies, and achieving sales and finance targets while maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong Financial Planning and Managerial Finance skills
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and market trends
• Competence in Accounting principles and practices
• Knowledge of Retail Finance related to the automotive industry is an advantage
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred
